How it works
A yard lot is a marked gravel space you rent by the month. Bring the boat, trailer or motorhome in, park it, and leave it until you want it. Lots start at 10 × 20 ft for a small utility trailer and go up to 12 × 40 ft for a big fifth wheel. Anything longer is charged by the foot.
Measure tongue to tail before you pick a lot, and go bigger if you're between sizes. A 24 ft boat usually measures closer to 28 ft once you count the trailer tongue and the motor.

Longer than 40 ft is $5.00 per additional foot, per month, before GST.
Under cover or inside
Covered space is $8.50 a foot per month. Inside is $10.00 a foot per month. Both are before GST and both are priced on total length, so a 28 ft rig costs $238 covered or $280 inside.
Inside & covered space is limited, and yearly customers get first choice. Ask what's open.
