How the lots work
A yard lot is a marked gravel space you rent by the month. You bring the boat, the trailer or the motorhome in, park it, and it stays there until you want it. Lots run from 10 × 20 ft for a small utility trailer up to 12 × 40 ft for a large fifth wheel, and anything longer is charged by the foot.
Most people size up rather than down. A 24 ft boat sits on a trailer that measures closer to 28 ft overall once the tongue and the outboard are counted, so measure tongue to tail before you pick a lot.

Out of the weather
If you'd rather the gelcoat and the seals didn't spend a winter under rain, covered storage is $8.50 per foot a month and inside storage is $10.00 per foot a month, both before GST and both priced on overall length. For a 28 ft rig that's $238 covered or $280 inside, per month.
